You may only use the site for its intended purposes and must not engage in any actions that may disrupt or harm the website.
While Tell and Sell endeavor to maintain accurate and up-to-date content, should any inaccuracies come to our attention, we will correct them within a reasonable timeframe.
All intellectual property on this website, including the design, layout, and content, is owned by Tell and Sell or our content suppliers. We are the sole owners of all rights to the website’s compilation, design, and layout.
Samples Policy
Samples must be returned at your expense within 7 days; otherwise, they will be invoiced in full. At our discretion, we reserve the right to invoice samples in full prior to dispatch. Clients will be reimbursed upon returning the goods, provided they are in their original packaging and in saleable, folded condition. If not, a repacking fee of $3 per garment will be applied. For bulk orders with more than one size per garment, a restocking fee of $3 per garment will be charged. We recommend sampling garments if you are uncertain. Please note that you are responsible for any freight charges related to the sample order. Some of our suppliers may charge a restocking fee for returned items, and we will notify you of these costs if applicable.
